A 60-minute call for parent support.

Our therapeutic sessions give the child full attention. These 60 minutes are for you, the parent. Guided by our clinical expertise, this call is an opportunity to discuss your needs as a caregiver. We are not mental health professionals; this call is guided by our background and expertise in occupational therapy. Secondary to your needs, we will discuss the three most pressing needs of your child and provide you with the agency to support them in their day-to-day life.

Areas of support include

  • Physical and Emotional Regulation — Learning to Read Body Cues

    Our coaching sessions focus on your nervous system and well-being. We help you tune into your own body cues, recognizing the moments you feel overstimulated or out of sync. By learning to identify and honor your own needs as an adult, you build the foundation for a more regulated and connected life.


  • Tools to Meet Sensory Needs Throughout the Day

    You deserve to feel regulated, too. We share strategies to help you identify and support your unique sensory profile as an adult. By learning how to navigate the sensory demands of everyday routines, you can build a personalized 'toolkit' that helps you stay balanced and present, even in overstimulating environments.

  • Developing a Personalized Sensory Diet for Your Child

    Together, we will outline a simple, personalized sensory diet tailored specifically to your child’s needs. This plan empowers you to seamlessly incorporate meaningful sensory activities into their daily life, providing consistent support for regulation, focus, and overall well-being.


  • Resource Recommendations — Because It Takes a Village

    You’ll receive helpful resource recommendations for both you and your child, including tools, activities, and support systems that can extend the benefits beyond our time together into your daily life and home environment.
